I’ve always been a solo workout kind of girl, until I joined Weight Watchers and started looking for something new to complement my cardio routine. After trying a few videos alone, and a few classes with a friend, both my friend and I bought BarreAmped Groupons and tried our first class last October. At the end of that hour I was sore, shaky, and the tiniest bit nauseous – and I KNEW I would be coming back.
There are so many things that I love about BarreAmped! I love that every class pushes me more than I’m capable of pushing myself, and that the instructors can always inspire me to maintain that “one last hold,” despite the burn or shake.
